More Than Just Surviving

Recently, my "No Regrets Living" philosophy sparked the interest of a journalist.

I was asked to expand.

I emailed back and pointed to a survey that I had read many years ago that influenced my thinking so significantly that it's branded on my brain.

Sociologist Dr. Anthony Campola asked 50 people over the age of 95:

"If you could do life over again, what would you do differently?"

The top three responses?

1. Reflect more.

2. Risk more.

3. Do more that will live on after I'm gone.

I don't forget those three answers because I don't want to give those three answers.

This week, I am headed to Central America for two weeks to visit my 43rd, 44th, and 45th countries. In June, I will walk 500+ miles across my 6th country...France. In November, I seek to recognize 1,100 individuals and 550 cities on Extra Mile Day. In 2018, I am planning on two books coming out.

Life should be way, way more than "just surviving."

What do you want to achieve?

What do you want to create?

What do you want to experience?

Don't leave bucket-list dreams uncrossed on your list.

No Regrets Living.

Please join me in giving the idea a second

In case age 95 doesn't come.
