Create a Better Life: Tips 1 and 2

Here are tips 1 and 2 (of 7 that will follow!) that can help you stay focused and on track:

1. Get in the habit of exercising every day…even if it is a short 15-minute walk. When we have good physical energy…our emotional, mental and spiritual energy also improves.

2. Read something motivating every day. Push the negative "I Can't" out (the stinking thinking) by replacing with lots of "I Can!"

These two tips…when practiced daily…will positively change your life.
