One of the most valuable gifts you could ever develop is the gift of "self-awareness."

Not happy with what you're feeling? Then go to the source...your thinking. What are the thoughts you are generating that promote the things that you feel?

Feeling unhappy? What thoughts are tied to the feelings?

Feeling frustrated, angry, uncertain? Same thing again: analyze your thoughts.

Every feeling we have first starts in our head. And it's when we learn to switch the channel on our thoughts that our feelings will start to change.
