Be great at least once a day.
When you catch yourself doing something great at any particular moment, say to yourself, "That was great!" It can be for how you handled a call...what you did to help someone...a super awesome exercise effort...whatever you think.
Practicing this little "That was great!" secret starts to transform your inner expectations into looking for opportunities to be great even more often. It's a mindset creator.
